Workshop Cancellations
We understand that plans change. This policy outlines our procedures for workshop cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds at Authenticwholesa.
Cancellation by Participant
If you need to cancel your workshop registration:
- More than 7 days before the workshop: Full refund of workshop fee
- 3-7 days before the workshop: 50% refund or full credit toward a future workshop
- Less than 3 days before the workshop: No refund, but you may transfer your spot to another person or receive credit for a future workshop
Cancellation by Authenticwholesa
In rare circumstances, we may need to cancel a scheduled workshop due to:
- Insufficient enrollment
- Instructor illness or emergency
- Severe weather conditions
- Studio facility issues
If we cancel a workshop, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule to another session at no additional cost.
Rescheduling
We offer flexible rescheduling options:
- Rescheduling requests more than 48 hours before your workshop can be accommodated at no charge
- You may reschedule to any available workshop session within 6 months
- If the new workshop has a higher price, you pay the difference; if lower, you receive credit
Gift Cards
Gift cards and workshop vouchers purchased from Authenticwholesa are:
- Valid for 12 months from the date of purchase
- Non-refundable but transferable to another person
- Redeemable for any workshop offering
Private Events
For private workshops and group events, the following terms apply:
- More than 14 days notice: Full refund minus a $50 administrative fee
- 7-14 days notice: 50% refund
- Less than 7 days notice: No refund available
Private events may be rescheduled once with at least 7 days notice.
Materials and Supplies
Workshop prices include all materials and supplies needed during the session. Materials are non-returnable as they are opened and prepared specifically for each workshop. Any take-home supply kits purchased separately may be returned within 14 days if unopened and in original condition.
Satisfaction Guarantee
Your creative experience matters to us. If you are dissatisfied with your workshop experience, please contact us within 7 days and we will work with you to find a resolution. This may include:
- Credit toward a future workshop
- Opportunity to retake a similar workshop
- One-on-one follow-up session with an instructor

Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during registration.
